1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are used to remember preferences, keep sessions open or obtain statistical information about browsing. Other equivalent techniques for storing and accessing information on the device fall under the same legal umbrella, such as local storage, session storage or tracking pixels.

2. Cookies used by this website: none

All the pages on this site, including the group invitation and the recommendation, consist of HTML, a style sheet, a typeface, our own JavaScript files and graphics, all served from the site’s own domain (partidex.com). They do not load any resources from third-party servers or connect to our database.

We do not set any cookies, either our own or third-party ones, we do not store anything in your browser’s local storage, and we do not identify devices by their digital fingerprint (fingerprinting) or use tracking pixels or web analytics tools (there is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or equivalent). We do not embed videos, maps, external fonts or social media buttons.

We do not build profiles or know who visits the site. The language you see the website in is determined by the page address or, for shared links, by your browser’s language, without storing anything.

3. Server technical logs

The site is hosted by a hosting provider (Vercel) which, like any web server, may automatically log technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) solely to serve the pages, maintain security and produce aggregate infrastructure statistics. These logs are not cookies, are not used for advertising purposes and do not allow us to identify you personally.

4. The mobile app is a different matter

This policy refers only to the website. The “Partidex” mobile app does show advertising through Google AdMob. On a phone, browser cookies are not used; instead, the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) and other technical data are used.

Before loading any ad, the app asks for your consent through Google’s form (User Messaging Platform) in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland and, on iOS, also through Apple’s tracking prompt (App Tracking Transparency). You can withdraw that consent at any time from the app’s settings or the system settings. While Partidex Plus is active, no advertising is loaded.

5. How to control cookies in your browser

Even though there are none here, you can always review, block or delete the cookies and local storage of any site from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and similar, in their privacy section).

6. Changes to this policy

If this site were ever to add a cookie or measurement tool, we would update this page with the details of each one and enable the corresponding consent mechanism before setting it.
