Privacy Policy — Partidex

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy describes how data is processed in the “Partidex” mobile app for iOS and Android (identifier com.opharana.partidex) and on the pages of this website that open from its links: the group invitation and the recommendation (hereinafter, together, “Partidex”). The data controller is OPHARANA LLC, with its registered address at 99 Wall Street, Suite 1432, 10005, New York (United States), and contact email hello@opharana.com.

1. Summary

2. Data we process

2.1. Anonymous account

When you open the app for the first time, an anonymous account is created with our database provider, Supabase. It consists of a random identifier and the session data that allows us to recognize you when you come back. It does not contain your name, your email address or your phone number.

That account is tied to the app installation: if you delete the app or switch phones, you lose access to it, and we cannot recover it because we do not know who you are. To protect the service, Supabase logs the IP address and technical connection data (date, time and type of device).

2.2. Groups and players

Other people’s names: when you add someone as a player, you are the one entering their name. Only enter a name or nickname that person agrees to, with no last names or other details, and, if they are a minor, with the permission of their parent or guardian. If someone has entered your name in a group and you want us to remove it, write to us (section 9).

Who sees what: the group’s name, its players and its games can be seen by all the group’s members. Anyone who has the group’s link or code can join it, so only share it with your people. The invitation web page does not show anything about the group: only the code.

2.3. Games and points

For each game, we store the game and its rules (the template or free mode chosen), the date, who is playing, the points for each hand or round, who deals and who wins or is knocked out. From those games, the app calculates on your phone the group’s yearly leaderboard, the streaks and the champion’s title.

Partidex works offline: games are first saved on your phone and uploaded to the group when the connection comes back. If you delete the app before that, any games that had not been uploaded are lost.

2.4. Recommendation reward

To apply the promotion of a month of Plus for recommending Partidex (details in the Terms), we store your recommendation code, which account recommended the app to you (the owner of the code you used), whether you have finished your first game and the reward has been given, how many months you have earned and until what date you have Plus for free. We do not store any contact details of yours or of the people you recommend the app to.

2.5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom and, when you finish a game, a full-screen ad (never in the middle of a hand). Google may process, among other things: the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android), device data, approximate location derived from the IP address, interactions with ads and diagnostic data from its SDK. This processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and its information on how Google uses information from partner sites and apps. We do not pass the names of your groups or your players, or your games, on to advertisers.

When the app is in Spanish, it also shows in-house ads from TuIAgencia, the owner’s services agency. These ads are part of the app, do not use the advertising identifier or any personal data and do not profile you. If you tap one, the tuiagencia.com website opens in your browser. The pages of this website show no advertising.

2.6. In-app purchases (Partidex Plus)

The app offers Partidex Plus, which removes the ads and adds full stats, your own templates and card table themes, in two ways: a monthly subscription, which renews automatically and which you can cancel at any time, or a one-time lifetime payment. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on your platform, under their own privacy policies.

We do not receive or store your card, bank account or billing details, or your postal address. To validate the purchase and allow it to be restored, we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and the store receipt, without your name or email address. Plus belongs to whoever buys it: it is not shared with the group, and our server does not store your purchases.

Refunds and payment claims are handled through Apple or Google, not through us.

2.7. The link pages in your browser

The group invitation pages (partidex.com/g/) and the recommendation pages (partidex.com/r/) only show the link’s code and how to use it: they do not connect to our server, do not look up anything about the group and do not store anything in your browser.

2.8. When you write to us

If you write to us at hello@opharana.com, we process your email address and whatever you tell us, solely to handle your inquiry, your issue or the exercise of your rights.

In addition, each group’s name, its players and its games can be seen by the other members of that group (section 2.2). We do not sell your data or share it with any third parties other than those listed.

6. International transfers

The Partidex database is hosted on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland). The data controller is established in the United States, and some of the providers listed (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Expo and Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. These transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

7. Retention

Your anonymous account and your data are kept for as long as you use Partidex. A group, with its players and its games, is kept for as long as it has at least one member; when the last one leaves, it is deleted entirely. The data for the recommendation promotion is kept for as long as your account exists. Emails you send us are kept for as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and, afterwards, for as long as necessary to show that we handled it. Data processed by Google for advertising purposes and by RevenueCat for purchases is kept according to the periods published by each provider.

8. How to delete your data

From the app: go to Settings and tap “Delete my data”; we will ask you to confirm. Once you confirm, immediately and permanently:

Plus bought in the store is not lost: you can get it back with “Restore purchases”. For that purpose, RevenueCat keeps the purchase receipt with the anonymous identifier; if you want it deleted, write to us at hello@opharana.com.

If you want us to remove your name from a group’s games, or someone has entered it in a group without your permission, write to us at hello@opharana.com with the group code and the player’s name, and we will replace it with a generic one.

After you delete your data, the identifier of your anonymous account may remain in the system, but with no data linked to it.

Deleting your data does not cancel a Partidex Plus subscription: that is managed from your Apple or Google account (details in the Terms).

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent by writing to hello@opharana.com. We will reply within one month. Since we do not ask you for any contact details, to locate your data we will ask you for the group code and the name of your player.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at aepd.es.

10. Minors

Partidex is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. We do not verify age. An adult can add a minor to their group as a player without the app, using a name or nickname and with the permission of the minor’s parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor is using the app, you can prevent its use with the device’s parental controls (Screen Time on iOS, Family Link or the Google Play controls on Android) or write to us at hello@opharana.com.

11. Security

Communications between the app and the services listed are encrypted (TLS). The database cannot be read directly: the app can only use functions that check your session on every call and return only the data from your groups. The session and any games waiting to be uploaded are stored in the app’s private space on your device.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version at this same URL (https://partidex.com/en/privacidad) and update the date at the top. Substantial changes will be flagged in the app or on the store listings.

13. Language

This policy is published in several languages to make it easier to read. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
